Loosh explained

This is an article designed to break down the meaning of 'loosh' as much as this 'software' called language can do. If you want an accurate, non tainted description of the original loosh concept read from page 162 of Robert A Monroe's 2nd book 'far journeys', this article here will work on clearing up the misconceptions in reaction to the loosh rote and the finer details overlooked by the assumptions of how it must work.
Before we can come to any remote understanding of the world we live in, and why it was designed, it is important we put most of what we have learned from 'within' this world aside. The reason for this is that most of what we have learned in the Earth life system has a flavour to it, and by flavour I mean an intention, and that intention is to keep things the way they are, because after all the way things are produces the maximum loosh output.
Before I go into detail about loosh, i must stress completely the importance of minimizing emotional reactions to any information processed based on externally imposed belief systems, as this is the biggest stumbling block to true understanding of anything psychologically. For example, if while constructing a bridge, engineers were to use emotional thinking of any kind, the bridge would probably never be completed, let alone be safe and practical. The engineers would look at all practicalities and logic before even considering aesthetics, preference or opinion, opinion and preference have their place in other matters of course, but when it comes to how things actually are and working models of implementation, emotional bias should never get in the way, which is why Mr Monroe has served as a superb reporter of accurate information regarding what we really are, and our true spiritual essence, he reports without the personal bias of opinion or preference.
Emotional thinking is for the 'experiencing' self, we cannot help being reactive in the very moment of 'now', for the future is unknown and keeps us on our toes, critical thinking on the other hand is for the reflective or 'psychological' self, the latter being the addition to what we already were before we were born, or what can be called the acquired left brain thinker in us. Emotional thinking thwarts our progress when we carry the emotion instead of feeling it then moving on with a new perspective, gleaned from reacting to the emotion.
One of the main reasons I have decided to write this article is that there is a growing amount of information online regarding loosh and most descriptions of it come from the standpoint of an 'us and them' type thinking, which is in itself a low grade loosh producing overview, and badly needs opening up. Of course its natural for us humans to react initially to the loosh concept emotionally and instantly assume that something of value is being taken from us, after all, it's written into our DNA to survive at all costs, and this includes protecting what we think is ours, even though in reality, nothing here is actually ours. Ownership is an illusion, the quicker one realises this fact, the easier life will be in every way. We must always remember that our intellect needed time to develop while we were young, building layer upon layer, but we were still strong and healthy without it, sometimes better off, therefore the intellect cannot possibly be our highest function, it is not in charge, and it alone cannot solve the problems of life.
It is important that we drop the egoistic belief that, 'what' we actually are and 'why' we are here can be reduced to neat human reason and logic, in the same way that when an animal is tranquilised and removed from its natural environment for medical care, the animal itself has no rational concept of what's actually happening, or of our intentions because of the vast differences in our thought processes. In turn the animal, if awakened upon the operating table, will lash out and cause chaos to the intended outcome of the procedure out of pure survival instinct, not because it doesn't appreciate the help. This is what happens to us  when we read the loosh rote, the information comes through the distortion of animal thinking present in all of us, and causes us to trigger a defensive reaction or stance whereby our rational left brains must decide the 'for' or 'against' status of the information, which is how we come up with all the weird and wonderful stories about manipulating archons and demons controlling us or feeding off us etc etc. It's not that these video clips and excerpts don't have historic truths within them they certainly do, but again it's the flavour of these writings or videos, the perspective is one drawn up from impulses belonging to the animal mind, not the true self/soul/higher self whatever you decide to label it.
So then, the main thing to consider when trying to neutrally comprehend our existence, is that we are comprised of a dual nature, the part which is present before the incarnation into flesh, and the additional part which is of this Earth with all its genetic history and impulses to survive. From the instant of physical birth, a conflict arises which cannot ever be resolved through LIVING. The conflict is simple... we are imprinted with a powerful drive to 'survive', but in a world where the only inevitability is death, or what we label death. The deepest problem of the human condition is our overall emphasis on the 'I', or the self, because we heavily emphasize our want/need for the adhering attachments in material life which are directly causing a reduction in our escape velocity as a soul. Our higher selves have agreed to enter this Earth energy system with the FULL understanding of how it works and all its pitfalls, we needn't act like there is some trick involved, and that once we are here we must be trapped forever. If you pay close attention to the information received, it becomes obvious that as we have progressively become more and more addicted to the human condition, the more we have come to 'identify' with our human perspective, rather than our true spirits perspective, which is, that the human condition is but an addition to what we are, not entirely....all that we are. This heavy identification with the body/self is the source of our paranoid attitude towards our creators upon reading the 'loosh rote', and why Monroe himself, after initially reacting in a depressed manner to the information, stated time and again the importance of gaining a totally different overview than that of the 'Guernsey cow'. 'Overview' meaning the perspective from which you look at it, so, if you look at it from the perspective of your human defensive-survival ego self, it will appear like there's another rung  above us on the power ladder, where demons are siphoning off this all important loosh from us, and that if we could just stop them we'd be free from all pain and suffering. But when viewed from our higher mind, the identification with 'I' is not present, meaning nothing is owned on an individual basis, meaning nothing can be stolen and we are then back at the point where the Earth is a magnificently balanced teaching machine as a totality. We don't fret over the fact that hundreds of skin cells died on our feet during our previous nights sleep, because the whole organism remains in tact with new cells coming through all the time, such is the Earth consciousness when individuals suffer or die, its not a good thing or a bad thing to the 'whole', just part of the process.
The Earth life experience for humans is analogous to playing a role play computer game, in that, we fully identify the lead character as 'who we are' in the game world, we tryn protect him/her, we feed and clothe our character, give medical care and try and progress through the game, surviving all the way. But with the computer game, there comes a point of frustration, boredom or completion where, we put down the controller and continue our so called 'real' lives totally forgetting that we just died a hundred times in another world. Sound familiar? The problem with the real life version is that we never put the controller down and get on with LIFE, we stay, playing level after level after level; the male role, the female role, the king, the beggar, the animal lover, the traveller, the poet....you get the picture. Eventually, we have so much 'human' imprint, we forget that there is a whole lot more to us than just a human body.
Our level of perception and our exposure is what determines what we care about as individuals and communities. It would seem that we grieve more when a deer is knocked over on the road than when half a forest is cut down, simply because we can identify more with the suffering of a mammal than a tree. Yet when a plant is hooked up to an EEG, not only will the plant's readings spike when a leaf is burned, but it will react also to the mere human thought of burning or harming its flora, so the tree is most definitely tuned into the same survival imprint that the rest of life on Earth is, more so even. Yet we keep generating this hierarchy of importance over human suffering. Suffering is the game here on Earth, and our souls take on different measures of it depending on many factors. Think about what suffering actually is and the reason it exists on a fundamental level and without personal bias. Suffering is the cause of perpetual change, without the sharp prod of suffering we would stagnate, change would become extinct, the system would be a lot less efficient and this is also a clue to what loosh is used for once harvested. Suffering is the need for the opposite of what we're currently experiencing, it's the ultimate catalyst for perpetual change, and only possible once observer and observed are divided. Notice how much learning we undergo through suffering, how much our perspectives can shift, the forgineness and empathy gleaned from the experience, put simply, pain teaches us the most, whether internal or external.
Within minutes of landing in the delivery suite of the hospital, thats if we're lucky, we've accumulated at least 2 or 3 fears that we don't yet know how to subdue, and then life goes on to challenge those needs of ours continuously and rigourously throughout, adding more fears all of the time. Notice that with every great human feat of advancement, whether building bridges, canals, ships or venturing into space or clearing up the Chernobyl disaster, suffering has endured and deaths have occurred in order to complete the mission. In these moments the human race has put the status of the individual to the background and proceeded as a collective at any cost, facing fears then converting them into 'knowns', so that others can act without fear in future endeavours. The same is true of those that have discovered that under certain conditions, animals like sharks or crocodiles needn't be a danger to us, before these brave pursuits we would just put them into a 'no go' category out of fear, that is, they just remained 'unknowns'. If we think of organic matter as technology, which is not so difficult if you have access to a relatively competent microscope, we can reveal that we are hard wired for internal and external conflict. Even if we satiate all cravings for physical satisfaction through feeding, mating, hydrating, staying warm, social belonging and acceptance etc, still, we have a piece of our source within us, while we're phased into an environment which cannot satiate our reunion with the whole of that source, all the while, true reunion is masked behind animal instincts and camouflaged through the splitting into genders of species, we can see why the Earth life system quickly becomes a labyrinth for most, although it would be arrogant of us to assume that our value judgments in one particular culture/lifetime can grasp true success as it means for the soul.
Hopefully it's now becoming clear that the frequency of consciousness we operate from 'between' lives on earth, is of the same vibratory level of consciousness that the creators of this energy system operate from, so it's rather silly of us to judge with our human perspective, the decisions made by the creators and their reasons for them, because we are living proof of the efficiency of their design! And after all, from our highest perspective, we are them, it's only our false need to be recognized as an individual which thwarts our understanding that identity 'is' the illusion. It's the overcoming of this illusion which grants us graduate status in the spiritual realm, at which point we are certain that we are much more than just an 'I', in one lonely energy system.
When our soul cluster is drawn to earth, it appears as a huge vortex of balanced radiation, weaving in and of itself. The combination of chaos and order in such a system as Earth is astonishingly attractive to our true nature, and the prospect of the resulting discipline, the heavy gravity and compression of consciousness offer the illusion of seperate-ness, where untold mysteries can unfold, giving rise to more creative possibilities, this is the process of loosh production and it's functional purpose through the garden of Earth and others. Just like with a muscle, in order for the parts to grow, they must first be divided. Earth is both a system we feed 'into' and benefit 'from', by being pushed and pulled, twisted and inverted, squeezed and stretched. Our ball of energy is exercised throughout its entirety and revitalized, with a brand new ability it didn't have before, which is that of reference, measurement or perspective. Remember, as a more holistic arrangement of energy, our bare souls have less of a grasp of the concept of measurement, for measurement and it's potential benefits are only possible with the ability to devide experience into the 'observer' and the 'observed', something rather difficult when your perspective is more interconnected with the rest of the consciousness spectrum. The 'us' and 'them' perspective doesn't work so well when all intention is laid bare and time is no longer a linear construct.
So this is what is meant by a different overview, not that we overcome the system by trying to suppress our loosh production or try and keep it to ourselves, which only results in more low grade loosh, but that we shift our perspective to one outside of the selfish 'I' to one which encompasses all life, of which our human selves are just a part.
It is a very difficult thing to properly come to terms with the fact that, language and national identity, among many others, are nothing more than a technology, like a software for our nervous systems, these things were taught to us by the collectors, as were monetary exchange, flags, religion and community pride, like the final touches to a detailed mosaic of electrical impulses, helping them steer each unit (human) into a deep sense of identity, of self. This in turn stimulates the animal mind to protect this self at all costs, resulting in the constant inner conflict of 'us' and 'them', outer needs and inner ones competing, the narrow expression of an 'i' which can never rest in an 'external' reality, because the thirst for reunion can not be quenched from within the Earth garden itself. This may shed some light on the motive of monks who spend such long periods on a mountain side in a deeply detached reverie, trying earnestly to be forgotten from every atoms memory in order to free themselves from the cycle of reincarnation, all the while spilling out colossal proportions of refined loosh, engendered by the loneliness of such behaviour. Its important to remember that the most refined loosh comes from acts of love and out of love, not from the most negative expressions as some have suggested, which is inaccurate. Remember, that one can only know loneliness if they have already loved, one can only be recognized as 'one', once there are 'two' or more, before that, 'one' is all there is so there's no other reference point, therefore, loneliness is the yearning to be back in love, and the ultimate expression of love is oneness/togetherness, which can not be fully experienced in a reality where you are separate from everything in the environment, thus the resulting expression is 'unfulfillment'. It is this act or expression which creates the refined loosh, when enacted 'above' the sensory bounds of the environment, meaning, 'expressed emotionally' not physically. Emotions are on the cusp of physical reality or time space. They interlace our physical domain but also exist elsewhere, outside of time space, which is why emotion only 'indirectly' affects physical reality', and loosh generation/collection occurs one further step, out of phase with physical reality than the emotional level. Which is why we cannot observe it with instruments or the 5 senses, but one can observe it with a shift in perception, or shift of the assemblage point. The most effective way to do this is either through meditation or 'not doing'. Just picture, everything you do/think/eat/dream/learn etc, strengthens the neural pathways for them specific actions, we call this learning, but if we complete something in a manner so far removed from the conventional way of doing it, that it's not actually doing it, but still 'doing', then we are training the mind to stay familiar with the experience of generating new neural pathways. This 'not doing' immediately re-awakens the feeling self, which is generally asleep in most of society today, then the feeling self will feed information back to your left brain rationality, to put into repetitive use and make value of it to the 'real' you. This could be surmised as a crash course for spiritual growth, remember our 'feeling' self, our 'experiencing self or our right brain is really in charge, even biologically 'feeling' is trusted more than the 5 senses, reflexive muscle tension occurs without interuption from the 'thinking' left brain, as do many bodily functions. We act on what we 'feel' more so than our senses.
The way to spiritual maturity, regardless of your financial, religious or whatever kind of status in this lifetime, is to dispell as many illusions as possible in one lifetime, through exertion and feeling and experience. If experience is too narrow and none varied, we will remain in the tight grip of one culture's belief systems, and live and die with lots of unfinished business here, this is one of the main causes of the mess of reincarnation cycles on Earth. The more variety we experience on Earth, and the more we change our perspective throughout, the less attached we shall be to any single part of it allowing us to carry the experience without the attachments, thus achieving escape velocity.
Emotion, is the feeling analogue of thought, therefore it acts like glue to the soul, when we bond lasting emotion to objects or anything within the Earth life system, it becomes part of our payload upon leaving/dying, and as we can't take borrowed energy with us, we come back round to learn how to release it, this is reincarnation. It's always our own choice. The reason there is so much secrecy in power structures, is not because of pure evil, but because when individual thinking gets bound into group thinking or mob mentality, it's productive capacity decreases, fear increases and the result is one of an animal objective, to protect, preserve and dominate. The ego is a result of the survival imprint not being challenged, it's an inflationary version of the fight or flight response which generates the 'can do' attitude in us, but blown out of all proportion, the nearest expression in the animal kingdom is probably yawning, the showing of weapons when one is actually vulnerable, although this has a practical purpose where the ego doesn't. Self importance is the bane of our spiritual lives, and as i mentioned earlier, the language we use and the tendencies we learn through culture, are geared towards preventing the true understanding of this fact. For example, we can look at someone who helps a lot of people and quickly assume they are selfless. But it's is just as likely that they are actually self indulgent, and do for others as a means of feeling better about themselves, or feeling valued, or worse, to avoid helping themselves. Or, we marvel at the 'success' of a rich individual,  bypassing the logical conclusion that in a capitalist society they must have 'capitalized' on a lot of people's losses to get that way. If somebody hoarded as many clay cottages as some people do with money, we'd say they have a serious problem, but when it's an obscene amount of cash, we call it success. We assume somebody is nice because of their large circle of friends. The list of self important traits we hold high is endless, and each one helps guide the next generation into deeper self indulgence, and further from their true goal, hence the increases in addictions, mental illness and disease. It's important to realize that there is no competition or right or wrong for loosh production, we don't need to aim for the most refined emissions constantly. We may emit one frequency, which triggers someone else to wake up the part of themselves which can emit true love for a specific someone, thus being an indirect contributor to that refined loosh. Or we may cause an argument with our best friend on Friday, causing them to not meet with us on Saturday, then they avoid the bus they would have been on which crashed, and ended up meeting the love of their lives as a result. Thus, we can never truly know the value of what we say, do or don't do, until we have a much more developed overview, and we are  certainly in no position to decide the how's and why's of loosh production and it's moral standing, at least until we graduate.
Many cultures of the past have come to understand loosh, under different labels but the principle is the same, some entire civilizations have simultaneously vanished from the physical plane due to their proficiency and understanding of the system. Only our perverse assumption that the current civilization is advanced, prevents us from seeing that we are paving the way to our extinction through an intense focus on the outer self.
